▶ Upper Structure:

• Box Volume: 14 cubic meters. The box body is made of T420 high-strength steel plate, which is high in strength, wear-resistant, and deformation-resistant.

• Rear Design: Semi-sealed small triangular hopper tipping mechanism, suitable for docking and unloading 120L/240L standard garbage bins and small tricycle collection vehicles. The semi-sealed design reduces garbage splashing and scattering during operation.

• Two-way Compression Technology: The waste compression ratio can reach 1:3.4 or higher. Waste is repeatedly scraped into the waste box by the loader scraper, and then pushed forward by the two-way compression of the front pusher plate until the box is full.

▶ Hydraulic System:

• Cylinders: Utilizes Xiamen Yinhua cylinders, with precision-machined and chrome-plated cylinder bodies. Imported seal materials ensure wear resistance and anti-stretching properties. The loading device lifting cylinder features a two-way balance valve for smooth, safe, and reliable operation.

• Control Valve: Equipped with a Shanghai Qiangtian multi-way valve. The valve body integrates overload relief and oil replenishment functions, ensuring precise action and rapid response.

• Power Source: Powered by a Hefei Changyuan hydraulic pump with a reasonable displacement design. The system's rated working pressure is stable at 20MPa, and the compression cycle speed is appropriate.

▶ Operating System:

• Equipped with a CAN-BUS based vehicle electronic control architecture, featuring high system integration, simplified wiring harnesses, reduced potential fault points, and support for one-button fully automatic cyclic operation mode.

• Retains a complete manual operation mode, allowing individual control of each mechanism's actions. Single-step adjustments are more convenient during equipment maintenance and material clearing. The system integrates electronic throttle linkage, automatically matching engine speed during operation.

• Operation Points: Three electronic control boxes are located inside the cab and on the left and right sides of the loader.

• Emergency Stop: An emergency stop switch is located on the left side of the loader, and a manual hydraulic control valve is provided on the passenger side, providing dual protection for operational safety.

▶ Environment and maintenance:

• The vehicle is equipped with front and rear partitioned wastewater collection tanks, ensuring complete enclosed collection of leachate generated during operation. This prevents leakage and road pollution during transport. The wastewater tanks have pre-installed discharge outlets for easy cleaning.

• The tank body and loading device are sealed with sealing strips to prevent leakage.

• The vehicle's maintenance points are rationally laid out, with hydraulic, electrical, and lubrication points exposed and visible. Routine maintenance and inspection are simple, reducing subsequent maintenance time and costs.
